Our Process

Initial Contact: We will conduct a short needs assessment over the phone to determine if we can help you with your project. Once that is determined, we will schedule an in home visit.

In Home Appointment: Our owner will meet with you in your home to review the project area, take measurements and discuss your wants/needs and budget.

Estimate Presented: We will take information received from the in home appointment and provide you with a written estimate and a design agreement proposal.

Design/Pre-Consultation Agreement: Once you approve the design agreement, we will provide you with a letter of intent and a deposit will be required.

Design/Pre-Construction Phase: If necessary, we will provide drawings, product/material selection, site visits for sub contractors, pricing from vendors, engineers, etc.

Construction Contract: After drawings/plans are approved and fixtures are chosen a proposal will be drafted. The agreed upon contract will be signed by both parties.

Pre-Construction Conference: A meeting will be conducted at the home with the project manager one week before construction to establish household rules, meeting times and project schedule.

Construction: Crew begins work on the home. Measurable daily progress is noted and worksite is kept clean.

Informational Meetings: Meetings between clients and project manager to discuss questions, concerns, changes, product selections, and to-do’s.

Substantial Completion Walk-Through: Walk through and compile final completion list.

Project Completion: Work has been completed and two-year warranty is in effect at that time.

Exit Survey: You will receive a brief survey with questions about the project, team member performance, meeting of expectations and areas of improvements. This is one of the ways we maintain our excellence in quality and customer service.
